PRODUCT CARE

A few recommendations to help improve the quality of your fragrance experience

THE FIRST BURN

The first burn is the most important to ensure a consistently even burn and to maximise your fragrance experience. Make sure that your candle melts across the entire surface area to avoid tunnelling and wasted wax.

THE LAST BURN

If your candle burns until there is no wax remaining, you risk overheating the bottom of the container and damaging your surface. Try to resist burning your candle if there is less than 5-10mm of wax.

HOW TO USE YOUR BATH SALTS

Add a handful of bath salts to warm bath water and allow the salts to dissolve. Soak and relax in the fragranced minerals. You can add more salts to help reduce muscle ache.

TRIM YOUR WICK

We recommend that you trim your wick to 6mm before every burn to avoid unnecessary soot and to control the size of the flame.

HOW TO USE YOUR WAX MELTS

Place your wax melts on top of a burner and put a tealight underneath to melt the wax. The wax will solidify between uses.

HOW TO USE YOUR DIFFUSER

Remove the lid and stopper and secure the wooden dowel into the lid. Screw the lid back on to the bottle and allow the dowel to soak. The lid should take between three to five days to fully soak.
